At almost 7 months old, little Buster the Mini Dachshund is a fun, active and playful little boy who is ready to embrace life and everything it has to offer.
Buster has been surrendered to us through no fault of his own. Unfortunately, his elderly owner didn’t understand that Dachshunds are working dogs and not suited to a tiny pensioner unit with no exercise.
Obviously, poor little Buster was stir crazy and was barking but in the short time he has been with us, he has been an absolute delight.
Buster is great with other dogs, and he has totally ignored the cats that are in his foster home. He loves to play and would do well in a home with another friendly dog.
Buster walks on lead and uses the doggie door to go in and out. He is super friendly and loves everyone he meets. He has not had many interactions with kids but he has been good with the ones he has met during his time with us.
Buster needs an active home where he can be included in daily life. He would prefer someone home most of the time as he loves to have company.
Buster will thrive with plenty of exercise, lots of outings and adventures. He is a puppy who will bring so much joy to those lucky enough to spend their lives with him
Buster is located in Kingaroy QLD and will be available for adoption next week. To express interest in adopting him, please go to our website www.karmasplacerescue.org.au and fill in the online adoption inquiry form.
