The Rainbow Vet (Dr Caroline) specializes in providing compassionate in-home pet euthanasia services for dogs and cats. I will work with you personally on all aspects of your pet’s peaceful passage from initial complimentary phone consultation, preparations, aftercare options, and bereavement support. If the need for pet euthanasia is near, please contact me and I can cover in more detail about my

service and answer any questions that you might have. If this decision is not imminent and you need more time, I can suggest palliative care and make appropriate referrals to others who can help. The more notice you can give me during the work week (preferably 24 hours +), the best chance I have of working around your schedule and mine. I also understand that your circumstances may be difficult to predict so I will endeavour to come on short notice / same day (please keep in mind that I have no weekend availability). For weekend inquiries, I will get back to you by Sunday afternoon or Monday morning to make a future booking. The Rainbow Vet currently services the southern Gold Coast & northern NSW. A travel fee (from $55) will apply for the northern Gold Coast. If you need help finding another vet service in your local area, please contact me. Making the decision to say goodbye is not an easy one, so please contact me for further advice and support. Kind thoughts, Dr Caroline

"Deciding to put our beautiful Kirra to rest was one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, but Caroline made it so much easier with her kindness, guidance, and compassion. From helping us through the decision-making process to the gentle care she showed Kirra every step of the way, Caroline provided comfort and support when we needed it most. Even the final moments, placing Kirra into the pet hearse and watching her drive away, were made so much more peaceful because of Caroline’s love, understanding, and genuine care.We will always be grateful for the dignity and respect she showed our precious girl and our family during such a heartbreaking time.Thank you, Caroline, for helping Kirra’s final journey be one of peace and love. ❤️🐾"- Sharon, Banora Point 2026

Testimonial Time🥰'I can wholeheartedly recommend The Rainbow Vet for helping your loved one pass peacefully and gracefully. The passing of our beloved family dog was supported so beautifully by Dr Caroline Orli… from the very first communications to the post passing care. This is the first death of a loved one that has not been personally traumatic or accompanied by a deep sense of something being ‘wrong’. Caroline has a special gift of holding a caring presence during such an emotionally turbulent time, and offering deep compassion, empathy and intuitive knowing. You and your loved ones are in safe hands' -Pip, NSW 2026

“It really takes a special kind of someone to provide this sensitive service and Dr Caroline has that kind of soul. The way she held space and made sure everyone was feeling included in all the moments of sending our little pudding Rio over the rainbow bridge - we are extremely grateful and couldn’t imagine doing it any other way. Having this service available in our home was nothing short of beautiful, and honoured our fur-baby in the most peaceful, respectful & comfortable way. We truely cant thank you enough for doing what you do and making it such an easy process - including arranging the aftercare, and all the little touches which make this a whole truely heartfelt service.
We were recommended you by a friend and I will be doing the same to all my friends.”
Thanks again - Jem, Ryan, Zoe & Rio xx ❤️

“After discovering our dog had an aggressive, painful cancer, the kindest thing to do was remove her from her suffering. Even under usual circumstances, our dog hated going to the vet so to get Caroline to put her to sleep at home was far less traumatic for all involved. Caroline was understanding, compassionate and empathetic. The whole process was calm and peaceful and all conducted in the familiar surroundings of home with all the family present. Highly recommended“ -Petrina in Pottsville, NSW❤️

“I honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the compassion and care shown by Caroline when she came to our home to help my beautiful Charlie pass over the Rainbow Bridge. From the moment she arrived, her presence was calming, warm, and genuinely comforting.〰️She treated Charlie with such gentleness and dignity, speaking to him softly and nurturing him right until his very last moment. It meant the world to me to see him cared for with so much love. I feel he knew she was there to help him and it looked like he was thanking her for arriving. She also held space for me in such a beautiful way — offering a comforting hug when I needed it most. Her kindness felt so genuine, like she was truly there with us, not just doing a job.〰️Saying goodbye to Charlie was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but having her there made the experience as peaceful and compassionate as it could possibly be. I will always be grateful for her care, her warmth, and the tenderness she gave my boy.〰️Thank you, from the bottom of my heart Caroline💛🌈” -Dani 〰️ The Rainbow Vet
