Lunch and grow 🥗

Our team sat down this week for a staff meeting on team based care, continuing our commitment to exceptional veterinary care.

Team-based care is a collaborative approach where our staff, the pets and their owners work together to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. It's a model where responsibility and accountability is on all team members to achieve shared goals and optimize patient outcomes. We work with everyone’s strengths and remember that you, as our loved clients, are also part of the journey.

While we have been using this approach for the last year and have had great feedback we felt it was time to really sit down and figure out how we can do it even better! Working on our roles, responsibilities and areas for continuing education - how wonderful it is to see our team develop and grow 💕💕

🚨 Lost Dog Found in Korora 🚨

This sweet boy was found wandering in Korora and brought in to us tonight. He’s safe and warm here and we’ll be looking after him overnight 💛

He is microchipped, but unfortunately the details are not up to date, so we haven’t been able to reach his owners.

If you have any information that might help us reunite him with his family, please contact the clinic tomorrow on 6652 1566.

Lenny, Zeus and Odin all had their vaccination visits recently, they were a little too busy to notice much happening! 🐾🦴

With a tasty licky mat in front of them, their focus was on food, not needles (that’s exactly how we like it). Using enrichment during consults is just one of the ways we help your pets feel safe, secure and supported during their visits. 🐾🐶❤️
