This beautiful mail put such a big smile on our dial! Healing this foot has been such an emotional journey for us all- a pack who love to move and run and play all day bound to the couch with the leg elevated…. My leg has been in a boot for 4 months now and this little artists work felt like that first morning of sunshine after the floods 🥰🐾❤️

We were so fortunate to meet with these amazing humans and pups this afternoon! Tilly is the biggest fan of their best selling book GJ the Earth Explorer! It’s hilarious and delightful- a must have for any dog lover! We can’t wait to share it with you all!

Hi friends!

Unfortunately I got some bad news about my foot yesterday. It needs to stay in its boot for 6 more weeks (after already being in the boot for the majority of the past 10/11 weeks!), have limited weight bearing and most rest as possible. Hopefully this will mean I won’t need a tendon transfer, but I will only know the answer to that after the next six weeks!

I’ll contact those whose shifts need to change over the next few days.

This has been a big shock, as I expected the specialist to tell me it was time to get back to running 🤪

Thank you in advance for your patience, and being flexible to negotiate on what shifts may look like over the coming weeks….

I’m lucky I have 2 snuggle bugs to keep me company (and stop me from going insane!!) ❤️🐾❤️🐾
