Southern Obedience Dog Club SODC (Bangholme Vic) has qualified & dedicated volunteer instructors to provide obedience lessons.

SUNDAY MORNING SESSION
9.30 - 10.15am - Blue & Yellow Class
10.30 - 11.15am - Pink & Green Class
10.30 - 11.15am - Puppies 1, 2, 3
11.30 - 12.15pm - Beginners 1, 2, 3, 4
11.30 - 12.15pm - First Day Members Class


AGILITY
Beginners set up at 8.30am - start 9.00am
Experienced & Intermediate 10.00am

Rally Obedience Course is usually setup between 9.00am to Midday

WEDNESDAY DAYTIME

SESSION
11.30am - 12:00pm - Beginners 1, 2, 3, 4
12.30pm - 1.00pm - Pink, Green, Yellow & Blue Classes

WEDNESDAY EVENING SESSION
7.30pm - 8.15pm - Beginners 1, 2, 3, 4
8:30pm - 9:15pm - Pink, Green, Yellow & Blue Classes
8.30pm - 9.15pm - First Day Members Class

Beginners set up at 7.15pm - start 7.45pm
Experienced & Intermediate 8.30pm

PLEASE NOTE
ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST ATTEND THE FIRST DAY MEMBERS CLASS. New memberships are accepted on Wednesday evenings or Sunday mornings NOT Wednesday mornings. Once the new members class has been attended, then you can choose which session suits you, either Wednesday mornings, Wednesday evenings or Sunday mornings. PLEASE ARRIVE ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFOREHAND TO FILL IN THE FORMS & SETTLE YOUR DOG PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS. NEW MEMBERS MUST PRODUCE THEIR DOG'S CURRENT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE WITH THEIR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Puppies need to be at least 12 weeks of age and vaccinated in order to join

Membership lasts for 12 months from the date of joining. Renewals are posted to members and require payment within 30 days. New Memberships
Single Membership - $70.00, Concession - $65.00
Family Membership - $95.00, Concession - $85.00
Junior Membership (under the age of 18) - $30.00

Renewals
Single Membership - $45.00, Concession - $40.00
Family Membership - $65.00, Concession $60.00
Junior Membership - $25.00

Proof of current vaccination is required for membership & renewals to be approved. We do not accept Pit bull or Pit bull cross pups or dogs

All training tickets are $3.00 per handler

Southern Obedience Dog Club
56 Soden Rd Bangholme, are holding an open day on Sunday 13th Sep 930am- 1.30pm. Come along & check us out.

We also invite any canine related retail vendors to join us at no cost. Free promotion of your business & gain market exposure on the day. Plenty of room to setup, trade & engage new customers.

Also looking for some demo dog/handlers for rally & obedience.

AGILITY FOUNDATION CLASS

Our last agility Foundation classes will be run for a 4 week period starting next Sunday 30th August and finishing 20th September. Requirements for participating in these classes as follows:

A dog of minimum 10 months of age

A regular flat collar (no tags or dangling bits please)

Treats broken or cut into small pieces

A favourite tug or similar style toy

A positive attitude is also very helpful, these classes are designed to be a fun learning process for both you and your dog.
