To wrap up our final rally of the season, we were incredibly lucky to have Dr Alex Rees from In Stride Veterinary Services present a fascinating lecture on Equine Gait Analysis.

Thank you, Alex, for sharing your expertise and helping us refine our ability to recognise what to look for when our horses move, including asymmetry and performance changes. It was incredibly insightful to learn how significantly bodywork and biomechanics can influence movement and overall performance.

We are so grateful for the time, knowledge, and practical insight you shared with our riders and wider community.

Reminder of what’s happening this weekend!

We’re very excited to welcome Dr Alex Rees from In Stride Veterinary Services, who will be presenting on equine gait analysis. The lecture will explore what normal gait looks like, how gait changes with lameness, and how altered biomechanics can often be the first sign of performance-limiting issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an expert in the field. The lecture is open to the public and completely free, so come along and join us!

As we wrap up The Ros Davis Memorial Dressage Day, please find attached the scores from the day.

No matter the results, we hope everyone enjoyed the experience, made some lovely memories with their horses, and had a fantastic day supporting such a special event in memory of Ros Davis. Thank you to all of our riders, volunteers, officials, supporters, and spectators who helped make the day possible.

Please give your ponies an extra cuddle from us — and we now look forward to our next Dressage Day in December. We can’t wait to do it all again with you. 🐴

Congratulations to all our prize winners from yesterday! 🌟 Here are some lovely photos of you with your beautiful rosettes.

A special thank you to Tamryn, Ros Davis’ daughter, who kindly joined us to present the rosettes.

We just wanted to take a moment to say what a truly fabulous day the Ros Davis Memorial Dressage Day was 🌿
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, and it made for such a special occasion honouring a remarkable woman.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our judges, stewards, marshals, scorers, and pencillers — we are so grateful to have you as part of our community. Your efforts ensured the day ran so smoothly.

Thank you Tamryn Davis, Ros’ daughter and one of our previous members, for coming to present rosettes in your mums honour, it was so special to have you. 💚

A big thank you as well to Reagans Equine Photography for capturing so many beautiful moments, and to Gingernut Coffee for keeping everyone fuelled throughout the day ☕

To all our riders, thank you for coming along to honour Ros’s memory. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did.
