Hi all...
Over the past few weeks we have had numerous no shows or same day cancellations... :( unfortunately this leaves me with less work, less money, and on such short notice im unable to fill these spots. I will now be implementing a %100 no show fee / less than 24hr notice.

On that note... when you do receive a booking. please please PLEASE put it into your own calendars/diary. We do send confirmation messages the night before an appointment. But this shouldn't mean that you "wait" for that message.

Write down your appointments when you get them. And give us notice shall you need to cancel.

This week we had some sad news. Our client Coco crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge 😢
This little old girl had been visiting me over the past few years. What a joy it was to be her groomer for the last few years of her life though. Our thoughts and condolences go out to Jo and family. Coco will be dearly missed 💝 RIP little angel girl xx
