Perhaps the most unique quality of these curious animals is the way they urinate, instead of a liquid they expel either a chalky white powder or paste known as urates! They have evolved to do this to preserve water in their harsh desert environment.

Just like us, many dogs suffer from stress and anxiety and as fur parents we want to help!

Some causes of your dog’s anxiety may be due to separation, storms, noises or environmental changes and it’s important that we recognise when they’re stressed so we can intervene. Key signs of stress include excess panting, destructive behaviour, pacing, appetite changes and body language such as tail tucking, widened eyes and pulled back ears.
