Did you know that all our animals are fostered in the family homes of our volunteer foster carers?

It is our amazing foster heroes that allow us to continue saving lives.

We are urgently seeking new foster heroes for cats and kittens of all ages, from newborn to seniors. We ask that you have a separate area to care for them whilst they settle in. We cover all the vet work costs.

Lola is a sweet-natured girl with a big heart who’s looking for a loving and inclusive home. She absolutely loves attention and cuddles, and playing fetch with her ball or tugger with her toys is one of her favourite things to do. Lola is great with other dogs and loves to play. She is fostered in a home with kids and enjoys their attention.

Lola is well on the way to being toilet trained and is continuing to learn quickly with ongoing training. She has already picked up basic commands with ease and has shown no food or toy guarding. She has been around cats and gets along well with them. Lola is also happy travelling in the car and walks nicely on lead.

Lola would love a family to walk her daily, continue her socialisation with other dogs and people, and make her a big part of their family.

She’s an affectionate, gentle pup who will make a wonderful companion for a loving family.

Stevie is a clever little Kelpie cross puppy who loves using her brain and genuinely enjoys training and learning new things. She’s confident, independent, curious, and very switched on, with the classic working-dog personality to match.

Stevie is learning basic obedience and how to interact with the other dogs in her foster home, which is going great. She’s nearly there with her toilet training too! This sweetheart of a pup would thrive in a home that enjoys engaging with their dog through training, enrichment, structure, and adventure. Stevie is active, affectionate in her own way, and full of potential for someone willing to continue guiding her as she grows. She’s going to make a fantastic companion for the right home.

Stevie would suit a home with someone home a lot, to be able to devote the time and energy she’ll need to grow into an amazing adult dog so if you think this beautiful girl is a good match for your home and lifestyle, please see her profile link in the comments below.

Although the sun is shining this morning, the forecast is looking wet, windy and wild across the South West over the next few days.

Please take extra care to keep your pets safe 💙

Please ensure your animals have adequate shelter away from the rain and stormy weather ☔

Dogs that feel anxious in their surroundings during a storm will try to escape and jump fences/gates that don't usually pose any issue. Where possible, please bring your animals inside and ensure ID tags and microchip details are up to date.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers 💙

Over the weekend, we held two morning teas to show our appreciation for the dedication, compassion, and countless hours our volunteers give to the animals in our care. From fostering and transport, to fundraising, adoptions, and behind-the-scenes support; we simply couldn’t do what we do without you.

We would also like to acknowledge the support of Lotterywest and Volunteering WA. We are incredibly grateful for their contribution in helping us recognise and support our amazing volunteers.

What a weekend! 💙🐾

We saw an incredible 21 adoptions on Saturday, followed by another 11 adoptions on Sunday! 32 cats starting their new journey with loving families in just one weekend! 🏡💙

Thank you to everyone who adopted, shared our posts, visited our adoption days, volunteered, fostered, donated, and supported us throughout National Pet Adoption Month. Every adoption creates space for us to help even more cats in need.
