🐾 A little salon update for our wonderful clients 🩵
Firstly, thank you all so much for your ongoing support. We truly have the most amazing clients, and we're so grateful that you trust us with your dogs.
As we head towards the busier months (even if winter doesn't quite feel ready to let go yet! ❄️), we'd like to give everyone plenty of notice about a couple of upcoming changes.
✨ Our updated pricing will come into effect shortly. You'll find our new price list displayed in the salon and at reception when you visit.
✨️Those who keep their regular 6-8 week appts will be rewarded with our slightly lower meaintenance schedule prices.
✨️Daycare clients in daycare on the day of grooming still recieve their special discounted rates.
✨ We'll also be closing our books to new clients at the end of this month. Just like last year, our spring and summer appointments fill very quickly, and we'd much rather make sure we can continue looking after our wonderful regular clients than overbook ourselves and compromise on the care we provide.
If you're one of our regulars, you can already book your appointments right through into summer. We highly recommend securing your preferred dates now so you don't miss out!
One small favour if you're booking online 💛 When choosing your appointment, if possible, please select the next available time. For example, if a 9:00 am appointment is available, booking that rather than 9:30 am helps us avoid small gaps in the day that are often too short to fit another groom. Those little choices make a huge difference and help us care for as many dogs as possible.

We wanted to share a small update to our new pricing structure 🐾
First and most importantly! a huge thank you to our wonderful regular clients,Those of you who keep your pups on a consistent 6–8 week schedule truly make a difference. Not only does it keep your dogs comfortable and happy, it also allows us to work more efficiently and maintain a high standard of care 💜🩵
As our days have filled faster and faster each year weve been open we’ve taken a closer look behind the scenes, we’ve made a few gentle adjustments to better reflect the time and work involved in different grooms. In particular, this helps ensure our larger dogs are priced more appropriately for the extra time, coat, and handling they require.
We’ll now be moving toward a “from” pricing structure, with final pricing based on coat condition, behaviour, and time needed.
We’re also introducing maintenance pricing for clients who stay on a regular 6–8 week grooming schedule.
This means:
✨ Consistent, lower maintenance rates
✨ Happier coats and shorter appointments for your dogs
For those who fall outside of this schedule, grooming may require additional time and may be priced accordingly.
This update allows us to keep things fair across the board,keep up with current minimum wages, continue improving our service,tools, products and make sure every dog gets the time and care they deserve. We have put this off for 6 months but we all know the cost of living is at an all time high and doest look to be changing.
As always, we’re so grateful for your trust and support and for letting us spend our days with your lovely dogs 🐶

First week of march (next week!) we have a friend Matt from Hounds and Herds doing some work experience with us and as he is already in the animal industry we have opened spots up for his own clients! All supervised and checked by myself and Angelique we hope to see your support.
He will be accepting a couple of bath and blow dries each day hes here!

Just reminding all of our clients to be on the lookout for those pesky grass seeds it is the season! Amd as they are out in force weve had to remove/shave/clean multiple victims of the pointy pests just this week alone
Check under arm pits, between toes and anywhere your pup has fluff to hide them

If they go unnoticed for too long they can travel under the skin and make problems elsewhere.

Hey wonderful people
We’ve quietly reopened our books to new clients after Christmas welcome!
We are still booking around 6 weeks in advance, so there’s no need to book multiple appointments ‘just in case.’ Most of our clients are on a regular 6, 8 or 10-week grooming schedule and rebook their next visit before leaving. This keeps everything running smoothly and ensures your dog stays mat-free, comfortable, and beautifully styled all year round.
As always we look forward to seeing you and your pups in this new year 🐾
