Please meet our recently qualified Aboriginal Equine Assisted Learning Practitioners, Peter and Georgia!

Peter and Georgia are both local Kimberley people with connections across the region. They have been doing amazing work since starting with the Yawarda Services team supporting our young people coming out to the program❤️

An absolutely awesome week in Derby with our collaboration through Impact Club West Kimberley ❤️ Thankyou for the invitation and trust with these beautiful young people. It’s hard to describe the feeling of watching a young person smile and shine bigger and better each day but this is why we do the work, looking forward to coming back later this year. ❤️❤️

We're proud to share that our Founder and CEO, Professor Juli Coffin was recently recognised at the 2026 Kullarri NAIDOC Awards Night!

Juli was honoured with the Mr. Sebastian Community Leadership Award, recognising her unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for our young people as well as empowering them.

A few weeks ago we had the Kimberley Supports team from Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services - KAMS, join us for an equine assisted learning session for their staff wellbeing day. They got the opportunity to meet all of our team and also did some grooming with our four-legged staff ❤️🐴

At the end of June, it was an absolute pleasure having the Broome Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage team come out to our block for the afternoon

They got to meet all of our 2 and 4-legged staff as well as got the chance to see Juli and Lil Roc do a demonstration in the round yard. Thank you to the DPLH team for all your ongoing support and guidance, hope to see you all again soon 💙🐴

Back in April we had a visit from one of our amazing supporters, the team at Morrgul!

Morrgul assist us at Yawarda services with our business development which includes helping us with funding applications and forming a grant strategy. We truly appreciate the ongoing support and having your team come out and meet some of our incredible four-legged employees 🧡🧡
