From a very chill Chilean Rose Tarantula making an unexpected appearance 🫣 to setting up enclosures for both tarantulas AND desert dwelling scorpions, we’re covering the basics!

🌿 Deep substrate + leaf litter + a little natural decor for your tarantula
🏜️ Red sand mixed with soil for that desert aesthetic
🦂 A few sticks + leaf litter to finish off the scorpion setup

In about a week, we’re getting a fresh batch of creepy crawlies — centipedes, scorpions, tarantulas and the whole lot!

Not afraid of the eight-legged crew? Come down to Hi-Tek and have a look! 🕷️🦂

*The tarantula was not harmed and is exceptionally placid. Chilean Rose Tarantulas are not Australian species, resulting in the absence of them for sale. Please do not attempt this as every spider’s temperament and personality is different.

This Glass Feeder is a simple way to help avoid overfeeding! By allowing you to make quick, controlled movements, you can give your fish just the right amount of food without excess sinking and going to waste.

We all know what happens when uneaten food is left behind — it can break down and contribute to harmful ammonia in your aquarium.

Need help finding the right feeding tools for your tank? Come see us at Hi-Tek Aquariums! 🐠
