You all know I nicknamed Bentley “the golden digger” because of his full-time hobby… digging and rolling in anything dirty 😂
Bentley has to roll in every patch of grass, sand, or dirt he finds.
Otherwise, he’ll throw a full golden tantrum and refuse to move.​

Celebrating my birthday at .dining , and I couldn’t be more grateful for how warmly the team welcomed Bentley as my service dog, especially knowing they’re not a dog-friendly venue.

Honestly, I usually feel so so anxious bringing him somewhere like this because of how many bad experiences we’ve had in the past.

But the team at Stilts were so kind and welcoming to Bentley,   and they even served him his very own wagyu steak on a silver plate. 🥹🐾 Moments like this mean everything to us.

I genuinely hope more venues become educated about service dog rights, and I do think stricter policies - like requiring handlers to show their handler ID would go a long way in protecting the integrity of legitimate service dog teams and making experiences like this more common.
