Hi. As my personal Facebook account has been hacked and now due to whatever they did with it it's permanently disabled for breaching rules! I'm just saying this biz page may or may not disappear! It also blocked Messenger for messages 😭 most of you contact me on text though. UPDATE: I'm working through the issue with Meta via the Ombudsman 🤞

Dear cat friends, I've had a rather upsetting and I believe fictitious review put on my google maps page - I don't know what event she's talking about or why she's written it but when the business is closed! - and it's a horrid way to finish my career when I have no idea who she is or when this supposedly happened or why she now "feels cat owners should know" when Ive been closed a while now! I didn't really ask for reviews in the last 2 yrs because I wasn't marketing for new clients so it's only the 3rd one l. I'm not perfect but it's dragged my 5 star value down 😭 As I'm retired now the Ferntree Gully profile will disappear soon but it's published there SO

Happy New Year friends!
Just confirming I am no longer grooming at the salon. I am doing some small services : nails, mat removals, sanitary or belly trims (but no bathing or major grooms) at my home studio in Ringwood - please SMS or DM for info.
If you're struggling to know where to go for services I can point you to a couple of very capable and cat loving new groomers based at Lilydale (Deb and Sam) as well as salons offering cat Grooming at Bulleen, Dandenong Nth, Boronia and Mitcham. * See a list you can look up in the first comment 😺

It's going to be so hot today, probably over 40°C... Don't forget your animals heat up very quickly in cages, carriers and especially cars! Think about popping some frozen esky blocks or frozen/cold water bottles in with your guinea pigs, rabbits, cats and dogs, (not sure what chooks/birds need!): just to offer some relief and check or change out drying water regularly. If travelling to vets, groomers etc same applies - keep them cool and do not leave them in the car alone on a day like this. * Have you got an emergency evac plan/grab bag in place? Worth thinking about in our leafy suburbs 💕

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with your cats and kittens, and before with your dogs and pups over the years. The business has come a long way from humble beginnings back in the orange Pet Shop with AJ on Dorset Rd in 2008.. through to the years at Boronia Mall and the transformation of the salon at Boronia Village which was sold last year.
To all the staff, the work experience people, to customers and grooming clients

Some ups and downs but overall so much fun!
