The little girl we rushed to Advanced Vet Care yesterday (thank you Sara) survived the surgery and has had the pressure on her spinal cord eased.

We are hopeful.

Later today she will be picked up and taken home to her foster Mum and she will start her recovery. Her back legs aren't working yet - but she is toileting on her own and that is a very good sign.

Unfortunately she has such severe dental disease a couple of her teeth have fallen out - and she will need a complete dental when she has recovered. This of course has to be done when she is well enough.

I really didn't think we would be in time to save her life. Thank heavens for the amazing Sara and the staff at Advanced Vet Care.

My name is Jessica and I am a qualified veterinary nurse who loves making any animal feel comfortable and choosing different techniques to make them as stress and fear free as possible!

I am a full time Veterinary Nurse in Perth and would love to continue my successful business here in WA!

I love my job and what I do and can offer veterinary nursing advice and some services as I am registered with the Western Australian Board of Veterinary Nursing❤️

My two babies are Henri and Lola who are brother and sister cavoodles and I also share a home with a gorgeous boy called Charlie who is a miniature schnauzer.
