I can't believe a week has passed since posted about Jet. In some ways it feels like only yesterday, and in others, it feels like a long, long time ago that I said goodbye to dear old Jet. Thank you all for your kind thoughts and words. 🙏❤

I'm sorry to report that my dear black lab Jet, who featured in so many of my posts and photos, passed away this morning. It was a peaceful farewell, and I find some comfort in the words of Agnes Sligh Turnbull: "Dogs' lives are too short. Their only fault really." ❤🐶

Thanks to everyone for your birthday wishes (and treats!) for Jet's 14th yesterday. He was well and truly spoiled on his big day (butter chicken for dinner!) and deservedly so, says Jet! ❤️🐶
