Put an application in with ScootBoots to become a stockist, and due to our experience with using them previously and barefoot trimming they have fast tracked our application and gave us an instant approval. Very behind on posts. We have been out showing at Rochester, Beaufort gymkhana, Camperdown Show, Stawell Show, Ararat Show and Colac Show. Rochester Deeva and Grace went. Grace got second in her led, Deeva got 2nd in her ridden arab class and really started to put her work altogether.
At Beaufort Deeva 1st smartest on parade and went down hill as she was cranky with her saddle but won our fancy dreas, Axel went to Beaufort and was excellent all day trying his hardest,
At Camperdown Deeva gave me her best work yet to help me earn 3rd in adv/1/2 rider. Although her work was much better she was up against some great competition. Grace won her led hack class and went to sleep in Champion.
At Stawell Deeva won Champion Galloway after having some major attitude issues
Ararat Deeva got 2nd led arab mare and Reserve Champion Galloway and 1st ridden all breed gallwoy. Grace got 2nd led Hack and 1st led Arab mare.
Then we took Axel to Colac show. He won his led hunter hack, 2nd led standardbred and 1st ridden standardbred and won his qualifier for Alabar.
Been great days at the office. We are so lucky to have some wonderful horses in our team.

Well guys. I am just about qualified now to do Emmett’s therapy as paid employment. You can definitely tell it works extremely well when you are at a show and you see a friends horse short step in their front end, que Emmett’s treatment and they both went in to win their rider class and take out champion. Thank you Brown for allowing me to share your success after doing a small treatment on your handsome boy.

Been a bit behind with our post lately. Between us both working full time, Terri going to the gym and pilates 5 days a week to improve her health, and Nik playing basketball there is not much time left in out days.

2 weeks ago we both competed at the Bulla Winter Woolies. Terri rode Shanell Storm N Deeva and although no ribbons won, she won with Deeva improving more and more on each outing. Aaron rode Aloha Sea Pirate and placed in most classes. Thanks to Bulla Adult Riding Club for hosting the show and to Barastoc Horse, The NRG Team for sponsoring the show.

Last weekend was spent at the Tallarook Family Riding Club TTT Nav Ride at Lancefield competing in the long ride. Terri rode Aloha Sea Pirate and Aaron rode Shanell Storm N Deeva. Out of the 25 teams on the long ride we placed 7th, never placed that high. Thanks to the Tallarook Family Ride Club for host the event, (sadly will moss their annual Nav Ride due to Terri having her Emmetts Therapy that weekend). And to sponsors Off The Track Victoria, HRV Hero, Hygain, BARE Equestrian, Mario’s Muffins, EQ Saddlery, Petstock, Hamag, Equinade, Parkside Winery and Farm, Southside Stockfeeds.

And today was spent at the Guildford Saddle Club Winter Woolies. Terri competed on Shanell Storm N Deeva again, this time having a better day managed to win a few ribbons. Aaron competed on Aloha Sea Pirate and placed and won in some of his classes. Rode together in the pairs class and in the egg and spoon race. Thanks for the show today and the sponsors Community Bank Maldon & District, Petstock, and all the donations to the lovely raffle.

We have been a bit quiet as of lately as there has been a number of things going on. They have ranged from family issues that we have gotten sorted out, to both of us starting new employment and still doing training, barefoot farrier, breaking in and clipping as well as I am currently training to become an Emmett’s therapist and an allied health personnel. So there has been a lot going on a long with competing.

It’s so awesome that even though I had misplaced my voucher that Py and I had won at TTT Show in 2021, that Kohnke’s Own have still upheld it so I could purchase some goodies.
