Veterinary medicine can be challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding, and days like today are a great reminder of why we do what we do ❤️

For the safety and wellbeing of your pets, we kindly ask that all enquiries—especially urgent or time-sensitive concerns—are directed to our clinic phone number 03 5152 4152.

While we do monitor emails, they are not checked continuously throughout the day. If your pet requires prompt attention, calling the clinic is the most reliable way to ensure we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please also note that this is our primary contact number. Any other numbers you may have are either personal and should not be used, or are clinic mobiles that are not monitored frequently enough for urgent matters. The clinic mobile should only be used if a staff member has specifically asked you to contact us on that number.

🚗 Travel Fee 🚙
Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of fuel, we need to increase our travel fee.
We are keeping this increase as minimal as possible and will continue to do so, however there may be further adjustments if fuel prices remain high.

This is not a decision we have made lightly, and we truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.
