✨ A Journey of Resilience — Introducing Puzzle Book’s Beautiful C**t ✨
After an incredibly long and stressful nine months, we are absolutely thrilled to finally introduce the newest addition to Vanoca Park — a gorgeous c**t foal by Vanoca Park Lady-Smith, born last night at 11:32pm💙
His arrival is particularly special given the journey his Mum has been on this year.
Back in January, Puzzle Book underwent colic surgery. What followed was an incredibly challenging period, with complications after surgery resulting in hyperlipemia, followed by laminitis.
Puzzle then spent three long months on box rest, with every day bringing its own challenges. It was a slow and difficult road, but she continued to fight.
Eventually, the day came when she was finally well enough to leave her stable and return to a small paddock. It was a huge milestone and the beginning of her long road back to normality.
Throughout all of this, we knew she was carrying a very precious foal.
There were certainly moments when we wondered what the future would hold, but Puzzle continued to show us just how incredibly tough she is.
And then, last night at 11:32pm, after nine months of waiting, worrying and hoping, she gave us the most wonderful reason to celebrate.
A healthy, beautiful c**t has arrived, we couldn’t be more grateful to see Puzzle standing proudly beside her new baby.
From emergency surgery, complications and months of box rest… to becoming a mum.
What a journey, what a mare, what a little fighter she is 💕
