Meet Minouche, the elegant little traveller who recently flew from Dubai to Vietnam to reunite with his dad and start a brand new chapter! 🐱💼

Before his flight, Minouche enjoyed a comfy staycation at our cattery, where our team looked after him during his pre-departure formalities — plenty of cuddles, naps, and TLC while we handled the paperwork behind the scenes. 🛏️🐾

On the day of travel, our team picked him up and brought him to SkyCargo, where he was gently waved off with lots of love. ✈️💛

A few hours (and a catnap or two) later, Minouche landed safely and was finally reunited with his dad — ready for new sniffs, new adventures, and a cozy new home in Vietnam. 🏡🐾

Meet Taiko - all the way from Bangkok, this fluffy explorer made his journey to Dubai with care, comfort, and lots of wagging along the way! 💼🐾

Our friends at Dynamic Air Cargo kicked things off in Thailand, handling all the export formalities to get Taiko travel-ready, and his dedicated travel manager, Dean — personally checked through all of Taiko’s vaccination book and travel paperwork to make sure everything was in perfect order before travelling. ✅

Then it was time for our amazing chau-fur team to step in — they smoothly handled arrival clearance and safely delivered Taiko straight to the loving arms of his mum and dad. 🏡❤️

Another successful relocation and one very happy fur-family reunion! 🐶✨

Say hello to Pablo — a very chilled-out Scottish Fold who travelled solo from Dubai to the UK, where he’s now reunited with his grand-pawrents while he waits for mum to join later! 🐾💕

His dedicated travel manager, Kyle, ensured that every detail was covered — from vet and export checks to a carefully planned route with KLM, one of our trusted choice for snub-nosed breeds like Pablo.

As he was travelling as a commercial shipment (unaccompanied), Pablo landed at London Heathrow. During transit, he had a peaceful layover at KLM’s Animal Centre in Amsterdam, where he stretched his paws, got a little rest, and enjoyed a quiet break before continuing his journey. 🐾💤🐱

Once he landed at Heathrow, our amazing partners at PetsAbroad handled his clearance. From there, our they delivered him safely to Manchester, where grand-pawrents were waiting with cuddles and treats. 🏡🐾

Now settled and safe, Pablo is enjoying his new surroundings and counting down the days until mum joins him soon. 🐱💼

From Dubai to London — the fabulous Siamese gang, Blossom, Ted, Monty, and Bertie, just completed their door-to-door relocation with us! 😻✨

Their dedicated travel manager, Mirela, took care of everything from start to finish — making sure all their paperwork was up to date, walking their mum through each step of the process, and tailoring their travel plans around what worked best for her (and what was paw-sible, of course! 😉).

The adventure began with a home pick-up from their Dubai residence, followed by a little staycation at our cattery while their pawrents sorted out the human relocation stuff. During their stay, our Pawtery team made sure mum and dad were kept in the loop with updates and cuddles from afar. 🐱💌

A few days before their flight, the gang went through their export formalities with our amazing chau-fur team, and once everything was cleared — it was travel time! From our Pawtery to SkyCargo, we made sure they were comfy, safe, and given a warm send-off 💛🚐

Upon landing in the UK, our trusted colleagues at Pets Abroad took over with arrival clearance and updates, ensuring everything went smoothly. Soon enough, Blossom, Ted, Monty, and Bertie were reunited with their dad and delivered straight to their new home 🏡❤️🇬🇧

Well done to this brave little gang – and big thanks to their lovely mum & dad for trusting us with their journey! 🐾

Otto jetted off in style — from the chilly skies of England to the warm sunshine of Dubai — on a luxurious private jet, with his loving mum right by his side! 🐶✨✈️

Behind the scenes, Otto’s dedicated travel manager, took care of every detail, ensuring all paperwork and vaccination records were perfectly in order for a smooth entry into the UAE. With the support of our wonderful colleagues at PetsAbroad who handled the formalities in UK side, the entire journey went off without a hitch.

Upon landing in Dubai, our paw-some team was there to warmly welcome Otto and his mum at the airport. We assisted with the on-the-spot clearance with the Ministry vets, making sure everything was completed swiftly and stress-free.

Now, it's time for Otto to relax, explore, and enjoy his life under the Dubai sun! 🌞🐾🇦🇪

At the airport, Cookie was brought directly to her family. Her brother, who had been eagerly waiting, was overjoyed to see her. He rushed to her crate as soon as Cookie was brought to them and gave her love and cuddles through her crate door, expressing how much he had missed her.

The family was finally reunited, ready to start their new adventure in Doha together. 🐾✈️❤️

Meet Addy, Maggie, Charlie, and Gonzo — our four beloved furry friends who traded the desert sands of Dubai for the sunny charm of Spain! 🐾❤️

We had the absolute pleasure of coordinating their big move, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey from start to finish. Every detail of their export process was handled with care to make sure these four furry travellers were safe, comfortable, and ready for adventure. 🐾💜

When they touched down in Madrid, our lovely colleagues at Baggage Pets were on hand to welcome them with open arms. They managed the customs clearance process efficiently and professionally, keeping Mum and Dad in the loop every step of the way with updates.

A returning traveler, Stark made his journey from the UK to the UAE once again—just like he did in 2023!

Before his big move, Stark’s mum was guided through all the necessary requirements to travel to Dubai, ensuring everything was in place well ahead of time.

Export formalities were expertly handled by our colleagues at , and once Stark landed in Dubai, our amazing Chau-fur team took care of all import formalities.

Say hello again to Gizmo and Pearl, two adorable applehead Chihuahuas—and proud returning clients from 2023! This time, they were headed back to Manchester, UK for their next big adventure. 🇬🇧🐾

Gizmo and Pearl needed a BOAS assessment as part of the airline’s health and safety requirements. Our team made sure this was completed smoothly, along with all necessary vaccinations and paperwork. ✅

Once everything was cleared through the airline’s pre-check process, it was almost travel time! A few days later, our chau-fur safely dropped them off at Skycargo, and the little duo was ready for takeoff. ✈️

Upon arrival in Manchester, our wonderful colleagues at JCS took over—handling clearance and keeping their family updated every step of the way.

And finally… the sweetest moment of all: a happy reunion with mum & dad! 💕

Meet Fafa, the fabulous toy poodle on her next big adventure!

Fafa flew in-cabin with her dad on Air France to France, then journeyed on to the UK via Eurotunnel. She’s a seasoned traveler — we also helped her in 2023!

From vet guidance to travel day support, our team made sure everything went off without a hitch. It was our pleasure to be part of her journey once more. 🐩💼💕

Our Story

With abandoned animals close to our hearts, we originally set out to help the UAE’s animal welfare groups send rescue pets to their new forever homes, at as low a cost as possible and, in some cases, completely free of any fees. As our reputation grew, we began to receive enquiries directly from pet parents so took the decision to take the plunge, two feet and all paws, to expand and Pawsome Pets was born. Moving your world around the world.

From small beginnings we have grown to the company we are today. Offering bespoke import and export travel solutions to and from the UAE, we have helped thousands of pets travel safely around the world (and in some cases back again). We have a fleet of customised pet transport vehiclesand offer boarding in our very own luxury cat condos or for the pupsters, with trusted partners in their amazing daycare and boarding facilities.

More recently we took the step of becoming members of IPATA and ATA, global organizations whose primary focus is the safe and ethical transportation of pets around the world. We are extremely proud to share the values these organisations hold, both of whom have a stringent vetting process for their members. We are bound by (and hold ourselves accountable to) the highest global standards in pet travel, care and well-being.
