At our goal has always been to foster safe, effective, and ethical treatment of all animals particularly dogs. To achieve this, our 6 Core Values which guide us are:

2. Positive Reinforcement: Focusing on rewarding desired behaviors to build confidence.

3. Relationship-Centered: Focusing on strengthening the connection between the dogs and their owners.

4. Integrity & Trust: Maintaining honest communication and transparent business practices.

5. Professionalism: Acting responsibly, reliably, and ethically.

6. Community Collaboration: Working with other professionals to improve the dog training industry.

Recently, we fell short of almost all these standards, and for that, we are deeply sorry.

We are aware of Enzo's unfortunate case that happened weeks ago. We understand that this has had far reaching implications for our clients and stakeholders, both of whom have trusted and greatly supported us since day one.

We take full responsibility for our actions, actions that we completely have no excuses for. We deeply regret the distress and inconvenience it caused to everyone concerned. We fully understand that our actions were hurtful, unprofessional and uncalled for.

We have taken immediate steps to make this right, firstly by engaging all concerned parties.
We are reaching out directly to those affected to map up feasible ways forward.

Our priority is to earn back the trust we once commanded. We are committed to transparency and will provide timely updates on our progress on this issue and any other developments. We have already conducted wide consultations and have had very honest conversations on what went wrong and the significant changes we need put in place to improve our system to make sure we prevent such from recurring in the future.

Success is going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. We promise to be better😄🌄

If your dog/s is not leash trained, don't worry about that. For a small extra fee, we will also train them for you🤷‍♀️
