Snake Venom is not meant for punishing humans. It's meant for hunting and it takes a while to produce so it's not something snakes want to waste anyhow.

So some fortunate humans have been bitten by a dangerous snake that decided to just give them a warning letter, a bite with no venom- Dry bite.

DO PREGNANT CHAMELEON'S DROP FROM TREES TO GIVE BIRTH?

Growing up we were told stories of the pregnant falling chameleons. It was said that when a chameleon was ready to give birth, it would climb to the highest branch of the tallest tree. Once there, the chameleon would take a deep breath and leap from the tree, plummeting towards the earth below.
As the chameleon hit the ground, it would burst open giving birth to its young.

This belief is not true.
Chameleons do not fall from trees and burst open to give birth. Chameleons are reptiles that give birth to live young or lay eggs, depending on the species. They do not burst open when giving birth.

Snakes dont drop from trees to attack humans. They do not attack humans, because we are not their food. However they will defend themselves if they feel threatened by our presence.

Snakes are not able to tell if a woman is pregnant or breastfeeding.
The presence or smell of breast milk has no effect on snakes.
They can not tell a breastfeeding child from an adult.

If a child, pregnant or breastfeeding woman behaves in such a way that the snake feels threatened or is hurt, the snake will defend itself and bite.

DOES THE BLACK MAMBA BITE ON TOP OF THE HEAD?

Can it stand on its tail, measure your height, and bite you on the head?

The truth is, No!. The Black Mamba cannot stand on its tail, measure a person's height, or deliberately bite someone on the head. It simply doesn’t have the physical ability to do so.

At most, a Black Mamba can raise about a third of its body off the ground. So, if the snake is 3 meters long, it might lift up to around 1 meter of its body vertically.
