Farming isn’t for the faint hearted
-
It takes a lot of hard work and a good sense of humour to farm,
especially organic.
-
We recently had cyclone Eloise come through, the high winds and heavy rain was a bit damaging.
-
At the same time I’m extremely grateful for all the water we got
-
We have a bit of maintenance to do to the tunnel but she will be up and running in no time
-
I’m taking it as a sign that Mother Earth want us to extend the tunnel so she was just helping us out 🤣🤣
-
Farming organic is challenging but not when you have a sense of humour

Fig preserve

Every time I see the trees starting to fruit, I get so exited

Fig preserve takes time and patience but it is well worth it
