Hi everybody!!! It has been ages since we last posted. We have been very busy with other aspects. To those whom have booked our venue or have given referrals we would like to thank you for your support.

With petrol price and just about every other thing increasing, we have decided to run some specials......so the little ones can still celebrate their birthday at an affordable price!!!

Our special will be running for the month of September and October - Neat right?

Hiring of the venue for the day, yes you just read that, THE FULL DAY, 5 pony rides, 5 face painting, a jumping castle and our DJ for a minimum of 4 hours only at R 2800

The Rocking Rooster has loads of activities such as a mini zip line, trampoline, swings, slides, maypole swing, jungle gym, fairy garden and loads more
Our indoor play area for kids 5 and under - a mini jungle gym complete with a ball pond, a mini jumping castle, and other goodies.
A fire boma to keep lovely and warm, share a cup of hot chocolate and roast some marshmallows whilst reminiscing about the good old days.

Additional entertainment on offer :pony rides, face painting, candle dipping, a clown, balloon sculpting, popcorn, candy floss, henna art, sand art, splatter poster

We also do excursions, family fun days, baby showers etc.

Hi Folks. Making use of the long weekend was Rise And Shine Pre School. Thursday 26/04 was booked by Rise and Shine for their excusion. 122 children and a hot 34 degrees was a perfect play in the shade. I commend the discipline and order instilled in children as young as 3 years old. This bring their second year visit to the rocking rooster increases our unification with them and we pray more success to Rise and Shine pre school.

Hello People. Making use of the the long weekend was Rise and Shine pre school. Their excusion was at the Rocking Rooster. For 122 children between the ages of 3 to 6, their behavior was phenomenal. Very well organised and disciplined children. A hot 34 degrees made playing in shade a welcome experience. What a day, what fun. Thank you Rise and Shine, this is your second visit to us and we pray for your success

Hi there. A long overdue post.
The Rocking Rooster took pleasure in giving back to the community on the 22nd December 2o17.
At short notice The Rocking Rooster together with a few friends and acquaintances managed to treat a Pietermaritzburg orphanage to breakfast on arrival, lunch and each child was given a gift bag consisting of sandals/ takkies or shoes, one item of clothing for girls and boys and toiletries for bigger children. On total 44 children benefited from this kind and gracious gesture.
Hot dogs , KFC and breyani was the menu and we never run out of food and cool drinks.
Children enjoyed tha playing area as well as the animals on the farm.
The joy on each child's face was PRICELESS.
once again to those that sponsored and a very blessed 2018 to you and your famlies.

Hello ... Firstly the rocking rooster management and team wish to welcome all those that have joined this page recently. A very steady pace growth. We hardly ever market(only on our fun days, braai days etc.)
Although many people still do not know or heard about us , there is a very positive feedback and references of those who have used our services and has become part of our extended family.

We cater the venue for parties, family reunions, bridal showers, work functions as well as Christmas parties , school and other religious learning institutions excursions.
We offer splatter paintings, face paintings, pop corn, candy floss , games and pony rides for the little actors and actress celebrating their special day.
Jumping castle, swings, miniture zipliner, trampoline are taylored to fit into your day. Theres shady spots to put your blanket so you relax while watching your little ones.
A party room as well as a play room for very little children are available. A few rideone toys are available for children and some toys for boys and girls.
Outdoor cooking facilities as well as four braai stands are available around a boma fireplace.

Enough said, we about 15 mins from Southgate spar. Just the same road from the spar will bring you here.
