I am an Urban farmer following permaculture and organic farming methods. What started as a hobby has taken over my life and become my daily passion and career. You can now find ABF sprouts, micro greens and edible flowers in restaurants, health shops, golf estates, chain stores, yoga studios and individuals kitchens along the Cape Wine Route.

�Microgreens have become my ABF speciality and are gro

wn in a green house in my garden using untreated seeds and grown in organic soil. Sprouts are grown using untreated seeds and rinsed in filtered water. Edible flowers are grown in organic souls in my raised garden beds. You may safely eat all the products from my garden knowing that only 100% organic pesticides & herbicides have been used. What you are eating can only do you good�
