�NO ONE can breed with Tcups but can have one sometimes in a normal litter please study them before inquiring about one of ours��
�NO puppy is booked unless deposit paid and reflecting at booking.
We cannot pass other potential great parents to just "hold" one for you untill you can book. First approved parent to pay have first pick. We do not update every one seperately if a baby is booked or not kindly look on our page for updates we do book them out immediately online as it happens.
�ALL our pups will come with first vaccination and worming up to date if the puppy have to stay longer for whichever reason we will keep all additional vaccinations up to date at R400 extra per vaccination. We may decide at any time your baby must stay a bit extra if needed.
�ALL our Yorkies are registered at GEAR 1034ZA.
�Most of our pups are sold as pet only with a steri contract, you have the option to register your Yorkie at GEAR after proof of sterilization received by us, at R500, please let them remove all puppy teeth left at this time too and minimize future anesthesia if possible.

�NO home visits allowed my son's health is compromised, we meet at agreed location to fetch your baby and you choose from the media available on this page all latest media are loaded here too, we can facilitate video calls as well��
�We do not fly pups less than 1.5kg and before 2 weeks after all vaccinations done you will have to arrange your own additional transport once your baby is ready to leave before then. If a flight is possible it would be R1500 extra we use PetLounge mostly prices may vary if another carrier is used. If pup to go by road please make the arrangements yourself we will kindly assist with all information needed of your pup for your booking.
�If you do breed yourpet only pup, the penalty per baby is R1500 or their registration will be withheld.
�We cannot guarantee any weights, estimates are just estimates.
�All Yorkies have genetic specific conditions they might be prone to just like any other breeds and we cannot prevent or cure it either. None of our breeding adults is presenting with any problems and none have parents that had any either it is not likely yours will present with any but please google it and familiarize with what Yorkies are prone to.
�All new parents MUST take their new baby to your own vet for a general checkup to confirm you got a healthy pup within 3 days of receipt. We will not take any health responsibility if this is not adhered to. Your baby grew for weeks here and left in excellent health...keep it this way it is now your responsibility.
�If you do commit and take a pup with us you agree to all here and are contractually bound by this disclaimer.
�Anything can happen we are not in charge of nature but we are open to remedy suggestions in such an event

1�How does your yard look is it safe and will your baby not escape if in doubt perhaps remedy this first.
2�Do you have an open swimming pool.. if so..kindly look for another pup somewhere else
3�How many small kids in the house and how old are they? Not a disqualification per sè just extra guidance needed mostly.
4�Do you have other dogs and which breeds and sizes? Will they cope with another addition and his/her estimated size?
5�Will you be able to pay 50% deposit via IMMEDIATE payment to reflect immediately, not a payment reflecting days later please? The balance in cash on receiving your baby.
6�Will you be able to pick her/him up at an agreed location in Centurion when he/she is ready or suggest another close pick up if required? Regrettably NO home visits allowed currently here my son's health is compromised.
7�Will you afford to have her/him sterilized at 6 months weight permitted?
8�Will he/she sleep inside your house if NO kindly buy your puppy elsewhere?
9�Will you keep us updated on his/her progress with pics and videos please?
10�Will you always have his/her best interest at heart�
