Just a lonely little heart crying out for help 💔 HIS HEARTACHE IS TANGIBLE !!!!

TITO is a tiny 6 years old Min Pin/Jack Russell boy who was sadly surrendered to WITBANK SPCA by the family he loved unconditionally. This gentle, placid boy has no idea why he is sitting in a cold concrete kennel when he should be HOME. Winter is coming and it’s so cold and lonely — PLEASE DON’T LET a kennel be the last place he remembers! 💔
