Took the 3 girls up to a neighbour to enjoy some grazing for a couple weeks. Hopefully it makes Arion miss them enough to get excited. Came across another neighbour who sneaky took a photo while I was trying to get Daffodil to hurry up. (Yes Im sitting off to a side but I was trying to lean over to pull my mare along)

Have you always dreamed of owning a Clydesdale but never had access to a broodmare or been able to afford the high purchase price of a quality horse?

For the 2026 breeding season, Celtic Legend Stud is opening a limited opportunity to own your very own SP Clydesdale foal through our Breed Your Own Clydesdale Programme.

✨ Only THREE broodmares are available this season. Once all three have been reserved, the programme will close.

Clients will have the opportunity to breed their chosen mare to our home-bred stallion Celtic Legends A***n Knight.

Your chosen mare will remain at Celtic Legend Stud throughout breeding, pregnancy, foaling and weaning, receiving professional care every step of the way. You'll enjoy regular updates and photographs as you follow your future foal's journey—from conception to the day it is ready to come home.

The programme includes:

Exclusive breeding rights to one of our carefully selected broodmares
Professional breeding and foaling management
Regular progress updates and photographs
Assistance with birth notification and ownership transfer through the Draught Horse Society
Ownership of your SP Clydesdale foal once weaned

Clients are responsible for the agreed breeding, veterinary, feeding and foal-rearing costs throughout the programme, while Celtic Legend Stud manages every stage of the breeding process.

Applications are open only during our 2026 breeding season (September–November), or until all three mares have been reserved.

Sun's going down and the clouds fade away
I look up and I see the crack between night and day.
