COAPE Certified Animal Behaviourist & MHERA Practitioner helping people build kinder, trust-based bonds with dogs, cats, horses & more. 🐾🐶🐱🐴 At K9IQ you can expect to find a multitude of dog training courses for dogs of all ages, we focus on preparing you and your new companion for life together as well as helping you better understand your

adult dog therefore opening up new doors for further adventures. We also tackle behavioral problems and work with you one on one to get you through difficulties you might be experiencing. We offer group training for general obedience and or private classes if you are struggling with keeping up ! We also offer exposure training, which includes us personally picking up your canine companion and introducing them to the world as well as working on training basic obedience skills.

With guests, treats, and open gates, Easter can be risky for pets—stay alert this weekend 👇

🛑 Watch the Food
• Chocolate = toxic
• Xylitol (sugar-free sweets) = deadly
• Hot cross buns (raisins) = kidney failure risk
• Cooked bones = dangerous splinters
• Easter grass = blockage risk (cats)

🏠 Prevent Escapes
• Ask guests to keep gates/doors closed
• Use a “pets inside” sign
• Set up a safe, quiet room if needed

🏷️ ID Matters
• Collar + tag on
• Microchip details up to date
• Keep a recent photo of your pet

🐾 Safer Fun
• Dogs: treat hunts & enrichment toys
• Cats: boxes, toys, catnip
