It's long but please take a minute to read it 🙏
Thank you to each and everyone of you that dropped me a Christmas or New Years message, I truly appreciate the thought and did not intend on ignoring anyone 🫶
Our comms were disrupted several times due to theft at the towers - no signal, no wifi!
To all that supported Navy Bay in 2025, thank you for your patience and loyalty!
I cannot express my gratitude through words but can assure you that when I receive photos and kind messages from clients I have happy tears in my eyes 😊
Orders placed before 31 Oct 2025, were guaranteed delivery before Christmas 2025 👏
Orders placed after 31 Oct 2025 unfortunately had to be placed in the queue to be processed at the earliest convenience, I did however manage to complete 28 extra orders, so kudos to that! 🙌
The Christmas / New Years Holidays will affect lead times slightly - had to tend to things/animals 🐴 at home and also try get some much needed R&R.
Online statuses have been updated for the first batch of orders that are currently being manufactured.
If you haven't received your order yet, or an update, it means I haven't gotten to it yet, but it will happen!
