Why have a pet if you cannot or could not be bothered to provide for all their needs?
A dog is not a garden ornament to be thrown in the garden and simply just left.
If you believe a pet only requires food and water, we strongly suggest you rather get a PET ROCK.
If you do not provide for all your pet’s needs, an SPCA Inspector will intervein and all your pets will confiscate, and you WILL be prosecuted and you WILL have a criminal record for life.
SPCA Inspector enforce the Animals Protection Act, WE are their voice, and we will NOT be silent.
