We are recruiting Pet & House Sitters in the Johannesburg North Areas:
✅ Must be available during December

Initial Screening:
➡️This includes a social media audit to gauge the candidate's behaviour and professionalism online.
➡️Candidates who exhibit inappropriate behaviour or lack professionalism on social media are eliminated from consideration due to a zero-tolerance policy.

Online Interview:
➡️After passing the initial screening, candidates undergo an online interview. This step likely involves assessing their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role through virtual communication platforms.

In-Person Interview:
➡️Following the online interview, candidates proceed to an in-person interview.
➡️The timing of this step may vary based on scheduling and availability.

Reference Checks:
➡️Once the interviews are completed, reference checks are conducted. This involves contacting previous employers or other references provided by the candidates to verify their experience, reliability, and suitability for the position.

Ongoing Training:
➡️Successful candidates are required to participate in monthly training sessions.
➡️These sessions may be conducted either in person or online and are designed to ensure that sitters remain up-to-date on best practices, pet care techniques, and company policies.
