"I just wanted to say that you guys are the very best bird park and aquarium/pet shop that I have seen in a very long time. Your staff are friendly, helpful and informative. My elderly mother who has anxiety was feeling very nervous and confused when she entered the shop to get food for her ringneck parrot when a wonderful young man walked over to her and very patiently answered all her questions and giving her the best advice about food and nutrition for her parrot. My 7 year old son was also in the mix being a very nosey but enthusiastic little boy and not only did the staff member help my mom but he enthusiastically chatted to my son as well. I was super impressed by the fact that they offer a wide range of services from clipping wings to trimming beaks and nails. We left the shop with the right food that our parrot love's and with peace of mind that when we need to get his wings and nails clipped we finally found the right place for the job. Thanks for making a simple shopping trip an experience of a life time."
