The ZZ Plant (𝘡𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘤𝘢𝘴 𝘻𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘪𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘢) is often called indestructible and yet, its unique needs are easy to miss. Low light, well-draining soil and a strict no-overwatering rule keep this glossy-leafed tropical thriving.

A plant whose needs contrast sharply with those of the popular Peace Lily — needs that Henri, our Exotic Plants Custodian, knows intimately. His care style, honed through his passion for plants and tending everything from desert succulents and bonsais to Calathea species, nurtures each plant with the same attentiveness he brings to their surrounding spaces.
