Our system is ready for the annual updates to schools, rider’s as well as horse/pony profiles in preparation for the 2023 season.
Riders will be unable to enter any qualifiers if schools, rider’s and horse/pony profiles have not updated. We urge riders not to leave this until the last minute, it may affect getting your entries in on time. No late entries will be accepted.
When updating your profile RIDER, HORSE AND/OR SCHOOL PROFILES the following must be updated:
Rider’s profile:
School grade. Contact details. Check your communication selection. Our system automatically re-ticks all riders to receive communication at the beginning of the season. Should you not wish to receive communication then you need to update the rider profile to that effect. If registered with Discipline Associations please ensure your membership number is included on your profile. Membership numbers are removed at the end of each year, therefore riders MUST re-enter their membership numbers if they require grading points in 2023.
Horse/pony profile: (This is done from the rider’s or riding schools profile where the horse is loaded)
Update all vaccination details. (If you are a member of a Discipline Association please ensure that vac details are updated on their system as well). Riders will need to select whether their equine is a horse or a pony. If competing on a pony, it is compulsory to add a pony’s height (in cm). Please upload a photograph of your horse/pony.
School/Riding School profile:
Profiles must be updated. Please check communication selection. Riding Schools need to add pony heights on all pony profiles.
Rider’s accounts must be paid in full, any outstanding balance on your account will result in you being unable to enter any qualifiers. Your balance can be checked by clicking on the account icon on your profile.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Only if competing in exactly the same class and riders from the same school. In the Horse/Pony split classes, no horse can be substituted with a pony and no pony can be substituted with a horse, these are two different classes.
BODY PROTECTORS in SHOWING classes are now approved by SASA for all Levels. Please ensure that these body protectors are discreet in colour.
Should you experience any difficulties with any of the above please contact your Provincial/District Chairs. Contact details can be found in the red bar on the landing page of the website.
