Monday Morning one of my Oldest residents here at The Blue Donkey Sanctuary passed away quietly in his sleep. My sweet old Chappie Dog, I will miss you. Send my love to all our departed animal friends in heaven ❤️ ♥️ 💖

Behind the scenes Wednesday 😁

Having an Animal Sanctuary is not always about posting Pictures of cute rescued animals, sometimes you have to show people what goes on behind the scenes to keeping those sweet animals healthy!! I have, not 1but 2 cupboards full of medicines, supplements etc.

Meet Strawberry and Dixie
Our 2 newest residents of The Blue Donkey Sanctuary These 2 sweet sheep friends were surrendered to the sanctuary and we went to collect them Yesterday (28 July 2026)
Penelope (our other sheep) was so excited to see sheep friends.
Potbelly pig Suzy was just happy that they came with snacks 🤗!
