🦷 A week of DOG DENTALS! 🐶❤️

We’ve already performed 5 dental procedures this week — and it’s a great reminder that dental health is about so much more than fresh breath!

There is something very special about growing up with a dog. ❤️🐾

Dogs teach children some of life’s most important lessons without saying a word — kindness, patience, responsibility, compassion and unconditional love. They teach them to care for someone smaller than themselves, to be gentle, and to understand that another living being has needs and feelings too.

A dog becomes a childhood companion, a confidant, a source of comfort and often their very first experience of deep, unconditional friendship.

Children who grow up caring for animals learn that love is not just something you receive — it is something you give, every single day.

And perhaps years later, when they are grown, those lessons remain quietly woven into the people they become. ❤️

Today we'd like to shine the spotlight on someone who plays an invaluable role at Newcastle Veterinary Clinic – Thenisha.

Many of our clients know Thenisha as the friendly face at reception in the afternoons, but behind the scenes she is also our dedicated Practice Manager, ensuring the countless administrative tasks that keep our clinic running smoothly are taken care of with efficiency and care.

Thenisha is incredibly organised, innovative and always thinking outside the box to improve the way we do things. Her problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an indispensable part of our team.

She has been with us for over five years, and we are truly grateful for her expertise, hard work and unwavering dedication to both our staff and our clients.
