Zagreb 0 : Porcupine 1 🦔
Last night, Zagreb decided to pick a fight with a porcupine.
Spoiler alert: the porcupine won.

This morning he arrived with 4 quills lodged in his mouth and throat — because apparently “leave it alone” is merely a suggestion.

After having all 4 quills removed, he’s absolutely fine and has hopefully spent a little time reflecting on the adventurous life choices that landed him here.
We’re starting to think he just likes coming to see us. 😅

Welcoming 7 beautiful English Bulldog puppies into the world today via Caesarean section 🐾💕
This litter has been a journey and a labour of love from start to finish. Hazel was bred using a stunning English Bulldog male from Johannesburg, with carefully timed AI performed by both vets to achieve her pregnancy.
Hazel’s pregnancy progressed beautifully, and today she had a well-timed Caesar to safely deliver her precious babies.
Mom and all 7 pups are doing wonderfully — and we couldn’t be happier with this special outcome 💛 Gunzel Bulldogs
