We spend considerable time at Fircroft raising partners that enjoy our company🧡 Four year old Saratoga Coco Chanel was the most enthusiastic mutual groomer on the farm in KZN. Grooming other horses usually involves teeth but Coco is polite enough to groom Shelley Wolhuter with her top lip 😂

Every single horse at Fircroft Stud has an individually tailored diet, thanks to the expertise of Diets By Design. Shelhi is an invaluable resource that we are incredibly grateful for!

They say a picture speaks a thousand words so I decided to use a pic to show what goes into a custom diet. This pic show the actual amounts I feed one of my tbs on kikuyu pasture with a bit of eragrostis hay or veld mixed in.
Take note of the feedlime for my particular situation I feed 140g a day due to the amount of kikuyu my horses get.
