Update on Monty.
Swelling is down but her knee is still not 100%. Although I was advised to wrap the leg, I won’t do it again. I have had much success without wrapping, having a healthy leg in a few days. This time the damage has been extensive and we are on day 9. It’s worrying but we are winning slowly slowly.

The horses never seem to be in a hurry.

They graze. They pause. They notice what is happening around them. And when we're willing to match that rhythm, something begins to change within us.

Peace grows where hurry ends.

So much of horsemanship isn't about doing more. It's about being more present. Taking a slower breath. Listening a little longer. Giving trust the time it needs to grow. In those quiet moments, we often discover that our horses have been showing us the way all along. 🤍
