About Tails Up Pet Shop Mount Edgecombe

To purchase, manufacture and sell quality pet health & wellbeing products at an affordable price. To develop sound knowledge of our products and provide product solutions to our customers' pet health and nutritional needs. To maintain interest in not only our customers' needs but also the needs of their pets and environments. To continue to pursue solutions to the wellbeing of pets and their environments in South Africa.

Tails Up dog food was purchased three years ago by our company Management Concepts, with a mission to produce an all-natural, quality pet food in KZN. Tails Up manufactures our own dog food and Valemount Feeds processes a bird and pet food range. We are busy introducing a new seed branding Westermans which will be added to our already national footprint in the birdseed range.

We have also very recently been appointed the KZN agents for Complete dog food range.

We have experienced phenomenal growth during the last couple years, resulting in the establishment of eight new shops in Durban, Port Shepstone and now Pietermaritzburg. The increased demand for pet nutrition and health has moved us to a new and exciting range of nutritional, health and wellbeing products, which is exclusive to our stores. Customers and their pets can now enjoy natural remedies, treats and pharmaceuticals,
