Flurry’s Found Her Forever!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Flurry, our charming little Jack Russell girl, has officially been adopted!

A massive thank you to Veronica Buthelezi for giving this sweet girl the loving home she deserves. Your warmth and big heart shine through, and we know Flurry is going to have the most wonderful life by your side.

’n Nuwe begin vir ’n klein hartjie!

Ons harte is warm en dankbaar vandag! ’n Pragtige Yorkshire Terriër-seuntjie van sowat 8 weke oud het ’n liefdevolle nuwe huis gekry — en dit alles danksy Mevrou C. Le Roux, wat besluit het om aan te neem en nie te koop nie.

By Middelburg DBV glo ons vas: elke aanneming maak ’n verskil. Hierdie klein outjie het nou ’n kans op ’n gelukkige lewe vol liefde, beskerming en versorging. Dankie, Mevrou Le Roux, dat u u hart oopgemaak het en ’n weerlose diertjie ’n veilige heenkome gee.

Ons wens julle baie gelukkige jare saam toe, vol stertjiewaai, sagte pootjies en liefde sonder einde!

Dankie dat u aanneming gekies het – en deel is van die oplossing.

PUPPY & KITTEN FOOD URGENTLY NEEDED

This is the reality at the Middelburg SPCA.

Our shelves are nearly bare, and the tiniest, most vulnerable lives in our care — puppies and kittens — are at risk of going without food.

We are urgently appealing for donations of:
- Puppy and kitten kibble
- Wet food (for both puppies and kittens)
- Other animal food is also gratefully accepted

Your contribution, no matter how small, can fill an empty bowl and nourish a life in need.

The Middelburg SPCA wishes to inform the public that our offices and kennels will be closed to the public from 14:00 on Thursday, 17 April 2025, and will reopen on Tuesday, 22 April 2025 during our normal working hours.

This closure is in observance of the Easter weekend. Kindly ensure that any non-urgent visits, donations, or adoption enquiries are finalised before our temporary closure.

Our dedicated team remains on standby for animal emergencies only. For urgent cases of cruelty, neglect, or animals in distress, please contact our 24-hour emergency line: 084 432 6278.
