🐾 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY – DR CLARISSA 🐾

Today we’re introducing Dr Clarissa, one of our dedicated veterinarians whose compassion, expertise and love for animals make a difference every day.

For Dr Clarissa, one of the most rewarding aspects of veterinary medicine is seeing healthy pets return home to the people who love them. Whether caring for a playful puppy, a curious cat or guiding pet owners through important decisions, her goal is always to provide the best possible care and support.

A few things about Dr Clarissa: she enjoys the general practice of caring for dogs and cats, loves spending time with family and enjoying good food, and believes in helping pet owners understand their options so they can make informed decisions.

Her mission is simple: to care deeply and help every patient get back to the people who love them.

Vandag stel ons graag Dr Clarissa, een van ons toegewyde veeartse, aan julle voor.

Met haar passie vir diere en toewyding aan kwaliteitsorg maak sy elke dag ’n verskil in die lewens van ons pasiënte en hul families.

Vir Dr Clarissa is daar min dinge so belonend soos om ’n gesonde troeteldier terug te stuur na die mense wat hom of haar liefhet. Of sy nou ’n hondjie ondersoek, ’n kat behandel of ’n eienaar deur belangrike besluite begelei, haar fokus bly dieselfde: om die beste moontlike sorg en ondersteuning te bied.

’n Paar interessante dinge oor haar: sy geniet die algemene praktyk van die versorging van honde en katte, spandeer graag tyd saam met familie en geniet lekker kos. Sy glo ook daarin om troeteldiereienaars te help om hul opsies te verstaan sodat hulle ingeligte besluite kan neem.

Haar missie is eenvoudig: om met deernis om te gee en elke pasiënt te help om terug te keer na die mense wat hulle liefhet.

Today we say goodbye to a very special patient, Ying Yang. After a long and courageous battle with ongoing health complications, the difficult decision was made to let him go peacefully. Our hearts are with his devoted owner, whose love and selflessness guided this decision in Ying Yang’s best interest. We will always remember Ying Yang for his remarkable perseverance, strength, and fighting spirit. Thank you for inspiring us all, you will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. 🐾❤️🌈

Meet Zaza — a tiny female Jack Russell with a BIG personality 💛

This little lady came in for her sterilisation, and completely stole the show! She’s so small she can curl up comfortably in a food bowl… yes, really 🥹

Sweet, gentle, and full of charm, Zaza won over every single heart at the clinic. It’s safe to say she left a lasting impression—especially on Sifiso, our hospital manager (aka the pet whisperer 😉).

We’re all going to miss you, little Zaza! 🐶💫
