PET GROOMING:
We've been offering Pet Grooming Services since 2003. Our assistants, Poppie and Ellithah, are highly skilled groomers with over 30 years’ experience. They have excellent handling skills and a good understanding of canine and feline behaviour. DOG TRAINING:
Alta is a qualified Thinking Pets Instructor and Guild Member, based in Nelspruit Mpumalanga. She has been involved in the field

of training since 2010 and provides Basic Obedience Training using the Clicker technique and other forms of positive reinforcement . Classes are presented in groups on Saturday mornings, or private one to one classes can be scheduled during the week. ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR:
Alta is a qualified Animal Behaviourist who completed her Diploma in 2017 through the Centre of Applied Pet Ethology (COAPE) SA – a qualification with International Academic Accreditation. She is also a member of the COAPE Association of Applied Pet Behaviourists & Trainers (CAPBT) SA. BIRD BOARDING:
We also offer a Bird Boarding facility in a domestic environment.

Our Story

Alta Massyn, owner of Adoration Pets, is a qualified Thinking Pets Instructor and Guild Member based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

She is also a qualified Animal Behaviourist who completed her Diploma through the Centre of Applied Pet Ethology (COAPE) SA – a qualification with International Academic Accreditation, as well as a member of the COAPE Association of Applied Pet Behaviourists & Trainers (CAPBT) SA.

Alta provides puppy socialisation, adolescent and adult training classes, as well as private one to one training using the clicker and other forms of positive reinforcement only. Classes are structured in such a way that clients will achieve the optimal results from training, while having fun with their pets at the same time.

TTouch is incorporated into the lesson plan to teach owners how to correctly handle their dog. Ultimately Alta wants to make sure that you and your dog are able to live together in peace for many years, so in class she will give you not only the relevant behavioural information, but also offer you the peace of mind that should you experience any problems, you can contact her any time for assistance.
