Doggie Land Mobile Grooming is on the lookout for a motivated and animal-loving Team Leader to take the wheel—literally and figuratively—in our growing mobile grooming business.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence (and comfortable driving a larger vehicle)
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Passion for working with animals (dogs especially)
Ability to manage schedules and solve problems on the go
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Managing daily bookings & scheduling routes
Driving the mobile grooming unit to appointments
Assisting the groomer with handling and prepping dogs
Interacting with clients professionally and warmly
Ensuring the grooming van is clean, stocked, and ready
Handling payments and basic admin
Coordinating with management on operations and customer feedback
Helping to grow and maintain our excellent reputation
