After 28 years in the Pet Shop game I've met all sorts of animal people. There's an entire spectrum to describe, and I'm sure it would take months to document them all.

This week, having taken in two abandoned Hedgehogs, I engaged with some of my worst kinds of animal people...

I'm speaking of those animal people who think they know more than everyone else, and use every opportunity to ensure everyone else, not only knows how clever they are, but how stupid everyone else is. Their approach isn't to constructively and proactively engage in order to support, teach and learn, it's to break down anyone who differs from them.

The details of this weeks engagement aren't important, but to say that my favourite animal people are those who work together, learn together, support together and do everything they can to care for the animals entrusted to us.

Thankfully my world and Peter Bee Pets are full to capacity with my favourite animal people :-)
