“We are all familiar with fascia as that shiny layer covering a muscle, but it is so much more. This connective tissue substance covers even the tiniest muscle fibers, called fascicles, and forms ligaments, periosteum and joint capsules. Every organ in the body, including the brain, is encapsulated in this unique connective tissue. It actually provides and determines the shape and volume of each organ.”

It just shows us how deep fascia runs . Its not just one little layer under the skin but a deep tissue that wraps the tiniest nerve , tissue that gives organs shape and keep them safe in a pocket. It reaches deep into every muscle cell ! Fascia is truly the thing of the future in terms of Muscle tension release.

A very interesting machine to use with the fascia release is the Blackroll foam roller and booster all the way from Germany ,where the blackroll company work very closely with fascia researchers to make amazing products that work directly on fascia . This machine allows me to get amazing releases and results in places unreachable by hand or other products. How does this vibrations help for fascia ????
Your body contains different receptor cells the two im focusing on when treating with the blackroll machine is the Pacini Receptors and ruffini receptors, these receptors pick up on the frequency of the vibration and soon starts decreasing these frequencies by relaxing the inner layer of the connective tissue(fascia )and thus creating a softening and release of the tight sore tissue . How amazing is that !

What are Neurogenic Tremors ?
Most of us have experienced involuntary shaking ,such as that feeling you get when you are hyper excited or for example had a hard workout session and your legs or arms shake fast and uncontrollably.

These tremors are the bodies way of calming itself down from that super aroused or excited adrenaline state . The muscles make contractions and relaxations actions to discharge excessive tension .

Tremors can be described as a massage from inside the body all these contractions turn the muscle into this super soft light ,feathery, tingly feeling .

What do Tremors do ? They shut down the central nervous system’s automated hyper-aroused fight or flight or freeze response by creating a vibration of contraction and relaxation that releases built up energy in certain areas .

Hi all my lovely MFR clients .
This year we have been hit with a nasty pandemic and nobody could prepare for it . This will be the reason i am giving discounts on my MFR session . I also do have a travel and work permit which states that I provide an essential service to your equine friend . Although most of you couldn’t ride your horses believe me they get up to mischief and get their back, necks etc in a knot . So yes they will probably be tight and stiff in places as work keeps everything flowing and going .
So if you or your horse need a session contact me . I have started my human travel work aswell ( human fascia health ) where i travel with my massage bed and treat humans aswell as their horses .

Not to worry cleanliness and sanitation will be first priority!

Only a few clients gets the fact that the horse doesn’t get fixed in one session , some get dramatic changes as they “feel good “ after one session but most of them fall back into their normal ways after one session . This h**e over here is Ace owned by Yolandi at Aragon stables . His first few hours of his session was quite stressful to him as he is a very anxious horse and only settled after about half an hour of treatment. He would not let you touch his face or come near his hind end and was also very sensitive on his skin in the spinal area due to a scar , after working on all of this he only really got into it in his THIRD SESSION of MFR and showed zero sensitivity to his scar and loves you touching his face now his anxiety probably lessened by 60% and he loves being treated now the video was od his third session about 10 minutes in . THIS IS WHY I ADVISE CLIENTS BOOK A THREE IN A ROW RAPID HEAL SESSION FOR YOU HORSE , in the long run i do give discounts which would help your pocket and your horse .
