We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various security systems, including CCTV, fibre optic networks, and access control systems. You will work closely with clients to ensure their systems are functioning optimally and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems.
* Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fibre optic networks.
* Installation, config & maintenance of access control systems.
* Network troubleshooting and configuration.
* On-site system testing and commissioning.
* Providing technical support to clients over the phone or on-site.
* Maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
* Adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
* Site management and coordination of on-site activities.

Essentials for the position
Possess a valid driver's license
Residency No more than 50k’s from site
Possess a valid ID
Reliable own Vehicle
Reliable phone
Willingness to work after hours
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology.
* Experience in the installation of CCTV, fiber optic networks, and access control systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* PC and networking literate
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
* Willingness to travel to various client sites.
