🌀 Movement is Medicine 🐾
Dogs are built to move — not just to burn off energy, but to regulate emotion, release stress, and feel grounded in their bodies.
A structured walk (minimum 20 minutes, ideally more depending on breed and age) is non-negotiable.
Letting them run in the yard is not a replacement — it’s a great additional movement, but it doesn’t fulfill their need for exploration, scent tracking, and purposeful flow.
