Fynns face says it all. He is not pleased with my broken ankle. A freak surf accident on Friday 13th 😅 we thought it was a torn ligament, but it was a bad break and needed surgery 🙈

Please bear with me over the next few weeks while I recover. I will be doing sessions as the animals are a very welcome distraction, but I will be slower answering messages and my capacity is much less with all the pain and medication.

Im doing my best to embrace being still, rest and be quiet this winter as I heal. It's a big lesson! I have many beautiful cat healers helping me with my recovery, we all know that purrs are magical 🙏 it will be the longest time I've gone without seeing my beloved horse, Jack and im so grateful to everyone at the stables for looking out for him 💜
