KUSA Classic National weekend 2026
We took 3 dogs to compete over the weekend
Only competed on Friday(A2O Championship show and Today (KUSA winners show)
Results:
A2O show: Judge J Mackenzie(South Africa)
Dachshund Miniature Long Haired:
Von Greco Olive : CC Bitch; Best Junior of Breed, CAC and CRUFTS 2027 qualifier and then Reserve Junior in Group
KUSA Winners show:
Von Greco Prince Ouzo : 1st Open dog class; CC dog ( now only needs that elusive last CC to be declared a breed champion)
Von Greco Olive : CC Bitch, Best Junior of breed and Reserve Best of Breed
Whippet :
Cottoncove Kings Chancellor aka Hector: First Open dog class; CC dog ( he now has earned enough CC’s to be declared a Breed Champion after KUSA’s ratification.
Thanks to the judge Dr T Borkowski from Poland for awarding our dogs

Today at Roodepoort &Districts KC championship show
Luna won her final CC to now also be a breed champion** under judge Mr Roy Clark
After a hiatus of almost 2 years from the show ring to raise a litter and to get her condition show ready! So proud of this little girl!

As the 2025 show year came to an end , we pleased with what our team has achieved during the year!
Cottoncove Kings Chancellor of Von Greco aka as Hector qualified for the Supa 7’s Puppy stakes and also for NAPC puppy stakes
Von Greco Olive at 6 months old qualified for NAPC puppy stakes (the only Mini Long Haired Dachshunds in the puppy stakes)
So pleased with this youngsters and how they matured during the year.
A special thanks to all the judges who awarded our dogs during 2025.
Bring on 2026 it is going to be good!
